He is survived by: his spouse Sheryll Dermo; his children, Kevin (Wendy), Terri-Lynn (Mark) and Brad (Nancy); and his siblings, Peter and Susan. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to VON Sakura House in Woodstock.
