She was predeceased by: her parents, Mabel and Bruce; and her brother-in-law Stanley. She is survived by: her husband Larry; her daughters, Deborah Kelly (Kenneth), Laura Lewis (Christopher) and Pamela Clark; and her grandchildren, Jacob (Alexandra), Ryan, Reegan, William, Thomas, Henry and Emily. She is also survived by her numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and a host of friends.

In honour of Shirley, donations may be made in her name to the London Regional Cancer Centre LRCC.
