She was predeceased by: her parents, Elko and Olga; her brother Bohdan; her nephew Patrick Caldwell; and her grandparents, Nicholas and Annie Zemliak.
She is survived by: her siblings, Patricia Caldwell (Charles) and Eugene Nakonechny; and her nephews, Alexander and Nicholas Caldwell. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins and many dear friends.
