He was predeceased by: his son Kevin Blackmore. He is survived by: his wife Helen Joan Blackmore; his children, Susan Douglas and Scott Blackmore; his grandsons, Nathan and Matthew Douglas; and his great grandchildren, Emma Douglas and Logan Douglas.
