Robert Veenstra Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Veenstra of Woodstock, Ontario, who passed away on December 7, 2020 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Klaas Veenstra and Anne Veenstra; his siblings, Grace (Jack Spyker), Lucy (Joe Uyenaka) and Sid Veenstra; his brothers-in-law, Jack Pool and Albert Hartwell; and his great grandchild Kassandra.
He is survived by: his wife Sally Veenstra; his children, Grace Thain (Derek) and Clarence Veenstra (Anne); his siblings, Jack Veenstra (Jean), Ina Walker, Jim Veenstra (Janet) and Kathy Campbell (Bev); his siblings-in-law, Corrie Pool, Gloria Veenstra, Mike and Jean Veenstra; his grandchildren, Len Oosterhof (Joy), Chad Oosterhof, David Oosterhof (Britany), Rachel Mabee (Roger), Curtis and Nathan Veenstra; and his stepgrandchildren, Chris Thain (Angela) and Michael Thain. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
