He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra Joan Hoover; his parents, Jack Hoover and Mary Hoover; and his sister Jane Mummery. He is survived by: his children, Tim (Chris), Sherry Fraser (Bruce), Richard (Christine) and Kevin; his grandchildren, Sabrina Hoover, Melanie Hoover, Michael and Nicki Corbett; his great grandchildren, Langdon, Addyson, Echo and Loki; and his siblings, Paul Hoover (Shirley), Ann Payne (Donald "Bud"), Raymond Mummery, Jay Hoover (Carol), Richard Hoover (Ann), Harry Hoover (Pat) and Ellen Peart (Murray).
