He was predeceased by: his wife Jane Etta Laird Rapley; his parents, Percival and Charlotte; and his siblings, William Rapley, Don Rapley, Jack Rapley and Marion Shedden.
He is survived by: his children, Elisabeth Lange (Rick), Jim Rapley (Karen), Mary Pinder (Garry), Joel Taggart (Karon), Phil Taggart (Jamie), Glenn Taggart (Rosanna), Leah Taggart and Rachel Murray (Scott); and his grandchildren, Lindsay, Alexandra, Gary, Jordan, Laura, Rachael, Joshua, Jayne, Steven, Ken, Whitley, Julia, Braydon, Ryley, Elijah and Jean.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home (845 Devonshire Ave, Woodstock, ON N4S8Z4). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
