Rick Takacs Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 13, 2025, at the age of 74, Rick Takacs (Woodstock, Ontario) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rick Takacs to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Takacs and Ava Marie Takacs. He is survived by: his wife Martha Takacs; his daughters, Katie Hewitt (Mike) and Laura Rew; his granddaughters, Scarlett Rew and Iris Rew; his brother Ron Takacs (Linda); his nephew Adam; and his niece April.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Smith-LeRoy Funeral Home (69 Wellington St N, Woodstock, ON N4S6P7). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Rick's memory can be made to Parkinsons Canada. Donations are being accepted for: PARKINSON CANADA INC. (PARKINSON SOCIETY CANADA/SOCIETE PARKINSON CANADA).
