He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Amey; and his parents, Ruth Addley and Ronald Addley. He is survived by: his son Rick Jr. Addley; and his siblings, Mike, Stan, Bill, Chuck, Isabel and Patty. He is also survived by several aunts, uncle, nieces and nephews.
