He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Creighton Cassidy and Kathleen Cassidy; and his siblings, Neola and Neil. He is survived by: his wife Nancy J. Cassidy; his children, Heidi, Erin (Jerry), Rick and Matt (Sarah); and his grandchildren, Charlie, Simon, George, Arthur, Declan and Maggie.
