Smith (Nee Thompson); his child Rick Smith (Leanne); his grandchildren, Melissa (Derek), Stan (Kristina), Elias Kayley (Stephanie), Chantelle (Anthony) and Shane; and his sibling Donna Paczzy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
