It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pieter Joris Van Strien (Woodstock, Ontario), born in Strathroy, Ontario, who passed away on March 29, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his spouse Janet Van Strien (VanderHam); his child Janice Head; and his siblings, Joris Strien, Cornelius Van Strien and Marie Van Strien.

He is survived by: his children, Brian Head of British Columbia, Diana Pogue, Paul Pogue of London, James Strien, Laurie Van Strien of Woodstock, Mary-Jo Van Strien and John Calder of London; and his siblings, Jacobus Strien of Holland and Andrea Van Strien of Holland.
