He was predeceased by: his siblings, Bernice Vale, Brad Rutherford and Lyle Rutherford. He is survived by: his children, Mike Rutherford, Russ Rutherford (Vicki Savage) and Brian Rutherford; his grandchildren, Jake, Sydnie, Jesse and Lexi; and his siblings, Bruce Rutherford, Bill Rutherford, Wade Rutherford, Nesta Rutherford, Lorna Lines and Leola "Lea" Rutherford. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
