He was predeceased by: his father Peter; and his grandparents, George and Tina VanderVecht. He is survived by: his pet Hercules; his mother Nancy; his siblings, Nikki Vander Vecht (Bruce), Amanda Pruim (Vincent), Stephanie Keeping (Derek) and Nathan VanderVecht (Tanya); his nieces and nephews, Kayla, Malachi, Colin, Lyrika, Finnley, Myles and Owen; and his grandmother Lucille Schepers (late Henry).
