She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Macfarlane and Jean Macfarlane; and her brother Dr. Thomas Macfarlane. She is survived by: her husband Charles Lewonas of Woodstock; her children, Quentin Lewonas (Sarah) of Waterdown and Romney Hammerton (James) of Sweaburg; her grandchildren, Avery, Austin Lewonas, Lauryn and Luke Hammerton; her sister-in-law Penelope Ann Macfarlane; her nieces, Rebecca and Ruth; her nephew Luke; and her friend Glen Brownlee of Muskoka.
