He is survived by: his spouse Betty McIver (Post); and his children, Sandra McIver, Sharon Smith (Bob), John McIver (Nancy), Julie Byers (Mark), Ric McIver (Christine), Rob McIver (Debbie) and Dawn Brokers (Paul). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Sakura House, South Gate Centre or Caressant Care, Woodstock.
