He was predeceased by: his wife Nila; his son Clifford; his brothers, Bill and Walter; his sister-in-law Virginia; his sister Rosemary; and his brothers-in-law, Fred Fishback, Leroy Ingold and Mum Marion.
He is survived by: his children, Earl (Melanie), Marianne, Karen Goff (Doug) and Allan (Lorraine); and his siblings, Gail Jaques, Cecil Jaques (BettyAnn), John Jaques (MaryLou) and Ivy Ingold. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking that donations go to the two things that remained dear to his heart, Christ Church Oxford Centre or Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters.
