She was predeceased by: her spouse Russell Cook. She is survived by: her children, Donna Smith, Brian, Michael (Marianne) and Vicky Dineen (Kim); and her grandchildren, Scott, Tad, Michelle, Murray, Mackenzie, Bill and Iris.
