She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald Gordon Ainsworth; and her brothers, William and James VanAllen. She is survived by: her children, Gary Ainsworth, Linda Ainsworth and David Ainsworth (Jacqueline Crane); her grandchildren, Mandy, Amy, Chelsea, Aaron, Shyla and Garrit; and her sisters, Patricia Ainsworth, Colleen Stevens (Robin) and Elizabeth VanAllen. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
