He is survived by: his wife Katherine "Katie" Stouwdam; his daughters, Danika and Alieda; his parent Eef Stouwdam; his parent-in-law Dohn; his siblings, Jan Stouwdam (Anja), Coby Doornweerd (André), Hennie Kwakkel (Gerrit), Henk Stouwdam (Henriette) and Jantine Boeve (Jos); his siblings-in-law, Becki Pelton (Wes), Marianne Piggott (Paul) and Stephen Pelton (Veronica); and his nieces and nephews, Eveline, Matanja, Rianne, Heleen, Eva, Anna, Lotte, Naema, Thamar, Sophie, Helmig-Jan, Beerd, Rik, Saïd, Gerald, Helmer, Johnathan, Kace, Carson, Jasper, Benjamin and Jermi.
