He was predeceased by: his parents, David Cook and Sandra Cook. He is survived by: his wife Heather Noel; his children, David Cook and Kyla Bradley; his sister Elaine Boersen (Rick); his nieces and nephews, Liam and Callum Boersen; and his grandchildren, Landon, Sadie, Raelynn and Lorelai. He is also survived by his Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
