We are sad to announce that on June 16, 2023, at the age of 93, Maidie Chalk of Woodstock, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Chalk; and her parents, Thomas Atherton and Alice Atherton. She is survived by: her children, Michael Chalk of Woodstock and Sandra Chalk (Helen Booth) of London; her grandchildren, Shainee Chalk, Paige Chalk and Frank Stevens (Patrick); her great grandchildren, Joseph, Lillian and CJ; and her nieces and nephews, Debby Bale (Perrin) and Robbie Forgie (Deb).

If desired, memorial donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, the Canadian Cancer Society or Canadian Mental Health Association.
