She was predeceased by: her husband William "Bill" Routly; her parents, Isaac McKay and Maria McKay (Sutherland); her siblings, Adam McKay (Josephine), Ina McKay (Donald) and Muriel McKay; and her brother-in-law James Routly (Audrey).

She is survived by: her son Ronald (Lynn) of Innerkip; her grandchildren, Michael (Kiersten) of Innerkip, Alyssa, Kayla and Sara; and her nieces and nephews, Carol, Janet, Donna, Keith and Bob.
