“Dear Sigrid and Linda. I am sorry to hear of Liesel's passing. Her and I shared many great times together as childhood friends. We used to ride Ginger, the pony that was kept in our field. Ginger would run up to our back door and my Mom would give her a few sugar cubes. Godfreid,, your Dad made a sleigh and a buggy for Ginger to pull us around. We would often go up and ride around the church yard. Your Mom always made me so welcome. May God comfort you. Much love, Isobel (Liz) xox”
