He was predeceased by: his son Leslie Jr. (Sandra). He is survived by: his wife Susan Csanyi; his children, Liz Jewell (Edward) and Peter (Wanda); his sibling Thomas (Marie); his grandchildren, Steven (Ellen) and Christine; and his great grandchild Boone.
