He is survived by: his children, Frank, Annette Werkema of Embro, Nelly Vanderby of Kelowna, BC, John W., Betty-Anne Werkema of Woodstock, Diana and Casper Rekman of Sarnia; his grandchildren, Kevin, April Werkema, Michelle, Darryl Knaap, Laura, Phil Wilpstra, Jennifer, Brian Wilpstra, Art, Carli Vanderby, Catrina, Billy Fulton, Nicole Tourigny, Mark, Marlene Werkema, Steven, Karen Werkema, Kristen Werkema, Kyle, Amanda Werkema, Michael, Steph Werkema, Cass, Jason Brunner, Matthew, Lilly Rekman, Tracy, Will Sumner, Rob and Leisha Rekman; his sister-in-law Hennie (Jap); and his child-in-law Catharina Meyer.
