He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Cook (Skeez) and Nellie Cook. He is survived by: his children, Ian Cook (Andrea) and Corinne Cooney (Ryan); his grandchildren, Belle, Kailyn, Parker, Wilson and Natalie; his great grandchild Kai; his close friend Colleen Kittmer; and his siblings, Ron Cook, Jim Cook (Judy) and Susan Crawford (Brad).
