We are sad to announce that on October 24, 2018, Katherine Moore (Woodstock, Ontario) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Katherine Moore to pay them a last tribute.
She is survived by: her daughter Ivy Isabella; her parents, Gary Moore and Nanci Moore; her sibling Phillip Moore (Kelly); and her nephew Theodore. She is also survived by her many aunts, uncles, cousins.
As an expression of sympathy donations may be made to Canadian Mental Health Association, or a Trust fund for Ivy Isabella would be appreciated.
