She was predeceased by: her parents, George and Mabel; her son Joe; her grandson Tyler; and her brothers, Don and Doug.
She is survived by: her husband Chuck Bulyaki; her children, Janine Fonk, Dawn Triska (John) and Kyle Bulyaki (Jen); her grandchildren, Allan, Justine, Kurtis (Sonya), Jonathan, Nicole, Brittiney (Caden), Zachary, Riley, Chris (Katie), Connor and Spencer; her great grandchildren, Lincoln and Isabel; and her brothers, Walter and George. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
