He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Quigley and Mary Terpstra; and his stepfather John P. Terpstra. He is survived by: his spouse Sharman Terpstra; his children, Sean and Caelin Terpstra; his siblings, James Terpstra (Christina) and Anne Lentz (late Karl); his parents-in-law, Eric and Jane Howard; and his siblings-in-law, Dan, Kristen Howard, Jan, Tim Fishleigh, Neal Howard and Colleen Howard. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
