He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Spinks and Lewis Spinks; his brothers, Joseph and David; and his mother-in-law Catherine Donaldson.
He is survived by: his wife Julie; his children, Nicole (Ben), Mykel (Lindsay), Micheala Weir (Rob) and Kevin (Tabatha); his granddaughter Faith Weir; his son-in-law Paul Weir; his niece Yvonne Mallinson; and his siblings, Susan and Keith.
