He is survived by: his child Jesse Smith (Catherine Arruda); and his siblings, Kelly Smith (Trina Smith) of Woodstock, Donna Gower (John Gower) of Woodstock, Dale Turner (Don Turner) of Embro, Della Kiertucki (Robert Kiertucki) of Woodstock and Judy Wilhelm of London. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
