He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine Longfield; his parents, William Longfield and Margaret Longfield; and his siblings, Eric Longfield and Jean Reitmire.
He is survived by: his children, Jacky, George, Sue, Rod, John and Sherri. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
