He was predeceased by: his spouse Caroline. He is survived by: his children, Bonnie Rutherford (Trevor Hand) and Julie Rutherford (Jim Murphy); his grandchildren, Jessie and Jordan; and his siblings, Joan Kielb (Steve) of Burlington and Janice Pearson (John) of Woodstock.
