She was predeceased by: her spouse Ralph Vigar; her parents, Cecil Johnston and May Johnston; and her siblings, Allan Johnston and Donelda Johnston.

She is survived by: her sons, Mike Foster (Sandra) and Buddy Foster; her grandchildren, Michael, Jamie, Christina Foster (Dylan) and Porsche; her great grandchild Mayhew; and her sister-in-law Betty Lou Johnston of Nova Scotia.
