She is survived by: her daughter Jenny (Andy Bouma); her grandchildren, Sarah (Ethan, Allyson), Mark (Jaden, Dallas), Kristin, Shinhae, Chad and Laura (Bennett, Rosalie); her daughter Judy (Gord Haas); her grandchildren, Jessica, Ryan (Charlotte, Henry, James), Daniel and Ashley (Nathan, Jackson); her sons, Joe (Abi), Russ (Brenda) and Ron (Joyce); her grandchildren, Brittany and Nicholas Kristen (Rob); her children, Mary Jo Cain and Lucas; her sibling Mary De Putter; and her siblings-in-law, Betty Van Arkel, Ada Tamminga, Harry Knapper and John Den Hartogh.
