He is survived by: his parents, Brenda and Brent of Oxford Center; his children, Blaise and Oaklyn; his siblings, Tyler, Brad, Tanner, Andrew, Devon, Trent, Carter and Hayley; his grandparents, Dick Ward, Margie Fulton of Bright, Emilie Booker of Oxford Centre and Jim Booker of Woodstock; his friend Eddie Tichelaar; and also, Jeff and Cindy of Woodstock. He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, cousins.
