We are sad to announce that on December 31, 2023, at the age of 84, James Richard Payne of Woodstock, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda; his siblings, Barbara Freemantle and Don Payne; and his brother-in-law Derek Woodend (Sandra). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
