He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert O'Neil and Erma O'Neil; his parent-in-law Lyman; his brother Leonard (Donna O'Neil); and his son-in-law Dan Lewko.

He is survived by: his spouse Joyce O'Neil; his children, Trevor O'Neil (Kathy) and Darcie O'Neil (Don); his grandchildren, JoAnna, Connor, Seth O'Neil, Jacob, Alex and Monica Brekelmans; his siblings, Bill O'Neil (Susan), Linda Cocklin (John), Roger O'Neil (Roseanne), Mary Bergeron and Terry O'Neil (Sandra); and his siblings-in-law, Doreen Barry and Donald Ault.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Alzheimer Society of Oxford County or a charity of one's choice would be appreciated.
