Jacob Duivenvoorde Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacob Duivenvoorde (Woodstock, Ontario), who passed away on April 2, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacobus Duivenvoorde and Anna Duivenvoorde; and his siblings, Joan Bintcliffe, Betty-Ann Duivenvoorde and Robert Duivenvoorde.

He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Duivenvoorde; his children, Roxanna Groves (Rick), Kelly Marion (Al), Steward Brown (Pamela) and Pamela Deller (Bill); his stepdaughter Betty Van Hayden; his siblings, Clara Maycock, Willie Ross (Garry), Andy Duivenvoorde (Judi), Bill Duivenvoorde, Toni Bolduc, Ted Bintcliffe and Karen Rasenburg; and his siblings-in-law, Fred Maycock, Don Bolduc and Irene Duivenvoorde. He is also survived by his sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.
