He is survived by: his parents, Jeffrey Waite and Stephanie Waite; his siblings, Annaliese and Oliver; his grandparents, John, Penny DeYoung, Jeff Christie, Rick and Pat Waite; his uncle Chad; his aunt Lauren Willemsen; his cousins, Cole, Sadie, Reise, Bennett and Shea; his uncle Michael; his aunt Michelle Waite; his cousin Sophie; his uncle Tyler Pascuzzo; and his aunt Shelsey Pascuzzo.
