She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Elizabeth Tizzard and Hugh Tizzard; her spouse Lee Wilks (Mike); her children, Deborah Almond (Garry), Michael Wilks (Gloria), Stephen Wilks (Caroline), Scott Wilks (Patti) and Elise Schofield (Anthony); and her siblings, Murray and Jean.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Old St Paul's Church (723 Dundas St, Woodstock, ON N4S1E6).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in her memory to United Way Canada or the Alzheimer's Society of Canada reflecting her enduring commitment to helping others.
