We are sad to announce that on July 2, 2021, at the age of 95, Hazel Whitehead of Woodstock, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Roberts and Annie Roberts; her husband Robert "Bob" Whitehead; her son Scott Whitehead; and her siblings, Minnie Riddell and George Roberts.

She is survived by: her daughter Sandra Millard (George) of St. Catharine's; and her sister Ila Fallowfield (Len) of Woodstock. She is also survived by her 3 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

If desired, memorial donations to the Woodstock Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
