With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Graham Smith (Woodstock, Ontario), who passed away on January 19, 2023 at the age of 38. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his close friend Jessica Morgan; his sons, Austin and Nolan Duivenvoorde; his parents, Wayne Smith and Donna Smith (Stewart); and his siblings, Jaclyn Jackson (Sean), Brett Smith (Regan) and Blake Smith (Beth). He was also cherished by his in-laws, extended family, and many friends.
