He was predeceased by: his parents, Rose Fordham and William Fordham; his sister Sylvia Van-Santen; and his stepmother Mary Fordham. He is survived by: his wife Doreen; his daughters, Cheryl Grier, Lori Fordham (Ken) and Susan Honcoop (Richard); his grandchildren, Nicole, Kenzie, Rachel and Carter; and his sister Marilyn Miller.
