George Harron Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Harron in Woodstock, Ontario, who passed away on December 21, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Harron and Ada (Cruickshank); his daughter Shirley; and his siblings, Gerald, Emerson, Lorne, Sadie Hollands and Wyn Fraser.
He is survived by: his wife Ethel (Hume); and his children, Marlene Thompson (Frank), Bruce (Judy), Brian (Christine Hansvick) and Rod (Chris). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Donations, in lieu of flowers, to Presbyterian Sharing in care of Knox Presbyterian Church, Kincardine, or Knox Presbyterian Church, Woodstock appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
