Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Frank Russell of Woodstock, Ontario, born in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, who passed away at the age of 76, on March 21, 2023. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Russell and Ruth Russell; and his siblings, Emmett, Alban, Eldon, Eugene, Len, Georgina, Theresa, Stashie and Ann.
He is survived by: his sisters, Rena, Mary and Clara. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
