She is survived by: her husband John MacMackin of Woodstock; her children, Stuart Smith of Woodstock, John Smith (Vicky) of Columbia and Tara Smith of Hamilton; her grandchildren, Todd Barta (Samantha) and Audrey Barta; her sister Meta Purcell of England; and her siblings-in-law, Una and Fergus McCarren of Ireland. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and extended family.
