She is survived by: her parents, Albert Laszczyk and Rozalia Laszczyk; her spouse Tom Kozinski of Woodstock; her children, Krystian Kozinski (Sarah) of Brantford and Hubert Kozinski of Woodstock; and her siblings, Romek, Grazyna, Krystyna and Zbyszek. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
