She was predeceased by: her grandson Dave Howard; her daughter-in-law Colleen Vale; and her siblings, Beatrice Baskett (Bill), Fred, Alex (Marg), Gord and Charles Todd.

She is survived by: her children, Ellen Howard (Brian), Frank Vale and Brian Vale (Nicole); her grandchildren, Jeff Howard, Shane Vale, Chad Vale (Lisa), Carrie Martin (Stewart) and Sunshine Calton (Ian); her great grandchildren, Jacob, Rubin, Brock, Logan, Sierra, Cooper, Preston, Ben, William and Olivia; her stepgreat-granddaughter Taylor; her sibling Reg Todd (Fran); and her siblings-in-law, Elaine, Muriel and Marion Todd. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
